Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking information where available.

 


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary depending on product availability and your delivery location. Standard UK Mainland delivery is 1-3 business days from order confirmation. The rest of the UK delivery is 3-5 busines days from order confirmation.

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

 


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination and selected shipping service.

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 


Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs of any damaged goods to help us investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
