Returns
At TekDirekt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, please contact us before returning your item. Once your cancellation request has been received, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Business Customers
Many of the products we supply are purchased by businesses. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, change-of-mind returns for business-to-business (B2B) purchases are accepted at Tek Direkt's discretion and may be subject to a distributor restocking fee.
Please contact our customer service team before returning any business order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are normally issued within 5–10 working days after the returned goods have been inspected and approved. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
Original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by applicable consumer legislation or where the goods are faulty or supplied in error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item in accordance with this policy.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products supplied by Tek Direkt are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty periods and terms vary by manufacturer and product. Warranty claims may require inspection, testing or repair by the manufacturer or an authorised service provider.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
