Returns

At TekDirekt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

 


Change of Mind Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please contact us before returning your item. Once your cancellation request has been received, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Complete with all accessories, manuals and packaging
Suitable for resale
Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

 


Business Customers

Many of the products we supply are purchased by businesses. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, change-of-mind returns for business-to-business (B2B) purchases are accepted at Tek Direkt's discretion and may be subject to a distributor restocking fee.

Please contact our customer service team before returning any business order.

 


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your item:

arrives damaged
develops a manufacturing fault during the applicable warranty period
is incorrect
has missing components

please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage or shortages.

 

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable)

 

We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

Replacement
Repair
Refund
Collection of the item

depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

 


Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept returns of:

 

Special-order or customised products
Made-to-order items
Software where the seal has been broken or licence activated
Products that have been installed, modified or damaged after delivery
Products not returned as new and in a resaleable condition
Any items specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page or in writing by Tek Direkt prior to item dispatch

 


Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are normally issued within 5–10 working days after the returned goods have been inspected and approved. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by applicable consumer legislation or where the goods are faulty or supplied in error.

 


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item in accordance with this policy.

 


Manufacturer Warranty

Most products supplied by Tek Direkt are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty periods and terms vary by manufacturer and product. Warranty claims may require inspection, testing or repair by the manufacturer or an authorised service provider.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.

 


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
