All products sold by TekDirekt are supplied with the standard manufacturer's warranty applicable to the specific product, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The warranty period and terms are determined by the product manufacturer and may vary between products and brands. Warranty coverage typically protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe your product has developed a fault during the applicable warranty period, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask you to provide photographs, diagnostic information, or return the product for inspection in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty process.
Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, the manufacturer or Tek Direkt (acting on the manufacturer's behalf where applicable) will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or another solution in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms and your statutory rights.
This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
